UAB Monavate is an entity registered in Lithuania with legal entity Code: 305628001 and having its registered address at Konstitucijos pr. 21a, LT-08130, Vilnius. UAB Monavate is regulated by the Bank of Lithuania and has the following authorisation code: LB002139. UAB Monavate are regulated and authorised to issue cards and electronic money under the Ikualo payment programme.Issuance of debit cards and accounts are the only products provided by UAB Monavate for Ikualo. Ikualo accounts and cards are issued by Paynovate under the Visa license and managed by LinkCy SAS. Paynovate is authorized by the National Bank of Belgium under the Electronic Money and Electronic Money Institutions Act (ref 0506763929) to issue electronic money and provide related payment services. LinkCy SAS is an agent of Paynovate, registered with NBB under number 852295732.
